Terms of Use

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for lawful personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, get around paywalls or security, or use automated means to abuse our servers.

2. Not medical advice

The App is a nutrition logging tool. Calorie and macro estimates, including AI results and the Body Score, may be inaccurate and are for information only. They are not medical, dietary or professional advice. Talk to a health professional before major diet changes.

3. Premium subscriptions

Some features need a Premium subscription: Premium Weekly or Premium Yearly. Prices are shown before you pay.

• Bought in the App: you are charged through your Apple ID by Apple. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Bought on our website: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all web orders and handles payment, billing, taxes and customer service for those orders. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email or at https://paddle.net; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at /refund/ (website orders: full refund within 14 days of the first payment; App Store orders: refunds are handled by Apple).

5. Your content

Meal photos and text you submit for AI analysis remain yours. You give us a limited license to process them only to provide the feature. You are responsible for content you submit.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, graphics and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. We may suspend access if you break these Terms.
